Renting With Us

We aim to find first rate properties for everyone who wants to rent with us.  Matching you to your perfect new home is our passion so get in touch today to find out how we can help.


Once you have found the right place


First of all, it's time to get together your supporting documents. 


You will need to provide us with; 

 - A copy of your passport and relevant Visa where applicable

- Some proof of your current address (usually your last payslip)


Making an offer

 

We need to know a few details to ensure we are all on the same page and if your offer is acceptable. You need to think about the following;


What date are you looking to move in?

How long do you want to stay for?

What rent you are going to pay?

The names of everyone who will be staying in the property.

A bit about your current situation:

your employment status, name of employer, job title, time with employer, approximate annual salary.


The next steps


If your offer is acceptable it's time to pay a holding deposit  (1 week's rent). This will secure the property whilst your references are completed. 


After we have received your holding deposit we can start the process of referencing and issuing contracts.


Before you move in you would need to pay the remainder of a month's rent (less the holding deposit) and full security deposit. The full deposit payable is 5 week's rent, due upon signing the tenancy.


Fees and payments apply as outlined below


Holding Deposit -  1 week's rent pro rata( Rent x 12 / 52)


Rent and Utilities - As per your tenancy agreement


Security Deposit - 5 week's rent pro rata ((Rent x12 /52) x 5)


Late Rental Payments - where the rent payment has been outstanding for 14 days or more from the date set out in the tenancy agreement, Residential Services London will charge a default fee of 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate for each day that the payment has been outstanding.


Tenancy Changes -  amending or altering an occupant at the tenant's request during the tenancy £50.


Lost Keys - tenants will be charged the cost of replacement keys and key fobs.
